Paula (deputy manager) has returned to work after the birth of her baby girl. Every one is really pleased to see Paula back. Carole, who was filling in for Paula while she was away will still be staying with us to train the instructors and volunteers for their British Horse Society exams. Everyone at Stepney would like to say a big thank you to Carole for all the hard work she has put in over the past few months.

One of our regular riders Ellen Laws is going into hospital on the 25th of July to have a kidney transplant. We all wish Ellen loads of luck and hope she gets well soon so that she can get back to riding Blue, one of her favorite ponies!

WINNER OF THE CAPTION COMPETITION

The entries for the caption competition with Jack and Appleby were fantastic and it was really difficult to make a decision.  However the panel of judges finally decided on a winner which we thought summed up the picture.
 The winner is Jo Fox from Wantage, Oxfordshire with:
“Ha! Nobody can say I’m up on my high horse now!”
Jo will receive a special prize and a rosette.

Rosettes will also go to the runners up:
